1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aicareerverse.com and all related services provided by AI CareerVerse ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately at aicareerversestartup@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. What the service provides

AI CareerVerse offers AI-assisted tools for resume building and ATS scoring, cover letters, mock interviews with feedback, career coaching, job and internship matching, a scholarship finder and related features. We may add, change or remove features over time.

4. AI-generated content — please review it

Many features use artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any resume, cover letter, feedback or other content before you use or submit it.

We do not guarantee that you will get an interview, a job offer, a scholarship, admission or a visa. Scholarship, job and visa information is provided for general guidance only — always confirm details, eligibility and deadlines with the official provider.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload or create, such as your resume and interview answers. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the service to you. You confirm that the information you upload is yours or that you have the right to use it, and that it is truthful.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, unlawful, abusive or infringing content, or impersonate another person.
• Use the service to create fake credentials, forged documents or fraudulent job applications.
• Attempt to hack, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or bypass usage limits or security features of the service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service, or resell access without our written permission.
• Use recruiter or messaging features to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

7. Plans, payments and cancellation

• Some features require a paid plan. Prices, plan features and billing periods are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout, and may change in future; changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). Applicable taxes may be added.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancelling.
• Except where required by law or where we have charged you in error, payments for a billing period that has already started are not refundable. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact aicareerversestartup@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.
• Referral rewards, coupons and wallet credits have no cash value unless we state otherwise, and may be withdrawn if obtained through misuse.

8. Intellectual property

The AI CareerVerse name, logo, website design, software and content created by us belong to AI CareerVerse and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our permission, except for using your own generated documents for your personal career purposes.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, misuse the service or create risk for other users, and we will try to notify you where reasonable.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it reliable and secure, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI CareerVerse is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (such as lost opportunities, income or data) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Third-party services and links

The service may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example job listings, scholarship providers, Google Sign-In or payment providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us; if that is not possible, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or on the website. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
